If the rumours that Beachside is closed and some owners have lost incomes it is another nail in the coffin for the reputable agents here on the coast.

I have been contacted by a few owners now, who wished to discuss alternative property management.

There is a great need for consistant rental stock,managed correctly, correctly priced and correctly contracted.

Working in a Rental and Management company (spanish owned for 20 years) i have seen mostly good practices only, the arms length owner needs to have a reputable agent who proves the trust and honesty with actions not words.

I find it so frustrating.....however due to the "crisis" more of the less than honest will dissappear..

I represent many southern irish owners here, they have requested that i try and create a group of owners in different communities who may want to meet together in the near future to discuss their problems new or solved, swap ideas and thoughts and information.

Iam new to this forum so i will not yet include contact details as i dont want to break any rules.
