I will be at the meeting next week if anyone is interested in there property being adverised for Long or Short term, i also live on this Complex, which is of great help to me and all my clients.
We are having fantastic weather and flight companies offering good deals at moment , Easy jet 25% off from now until end of June is a great help.
I also have enquiries from agents and the public.
We also have long term clients who have had good experiences in the past and present renting through my Company, we are also connected to a couple who run a Golfing range with great packages and they also book through me, only.
As they are Gauranteed there clients will be happy with the property and our services.
IE: 24 hr Emergencies, no charge to anyone, and a full package of information on where to DINE AND THE BEST BEACHES AN D ALSO PLACES TO SEE AND HAVE A GREAT TIME, FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN, we also meet and greet all clients at Open Cor and we are just a couple of blocks away from them if they need us.
