Thank you very much for helping Ally and me today ,it is the first time she has actually relaxed for ages.
Will have to have another drink sometime, took me hours to set this account up, we have Internet problems again may need to use yours again, can you help us with Telefonica, next time we are out, probably October in the Holidays, I may not be able to get time off but if you can help Ally, as the Girls will need it next time there out, my Spanish is not up to much, as you already know.
Hope you get this as it is the first time without your help, good to have a laugh with a Northener, you may be a Lancashire Lass but us Yorkshiremen can still understand ya.
You know she will not let this closing of the utillity will cause problems now, she didn¨t want me to sign unless we could get it, she will not stop going on about it.

Not wanting to upset people but we where sold it from the Agents saying we could and now we have been told we can¨t now you tll me why not as someone else has.
Sorry will go to bed now and speak to you tomorrow, probably see us again before you get this.
