Is there anywhere to put a Spa/Hot Tub??

HI On the apartments is there any space on a terrace to put a spa/hottub? Roughly about 2.4m x 2.4m? Or is the best option a townhouse??

I put a four person hot tub on the terrace of a town house. The extras department sorted it out for me. You can site it on the terrace but not on the grass areas which are in fact communal areas. If we had wanted to put it on an upstairs terrace then we would have had to carry out additional work to strenghten the terrace to take the weight.

Have had some problems with the unit which are hopefully now resolved. By buying through the extras department it means we can use them to follow up with the supplier. Could probably have saved some money if we went direct.

phase 4 penthouses are pre plumbed for a hot tub , i am sure there are plenty of phase 4 owners who would be happy to sell .!!

I have so far checked 3 penthouses that have spas installed by RODA on the roof solariums, no problem

I believe around €5k but the furniture/extras office will be able to give yiu a quote

In the ones I have seen they have fitted them on a raised area with a seperate power and water source an drainage
