It has been reported that I have been seen (fiddling) with the security gate outside my home.
Apparently by three people. This was via telephone calls to the administrators OCSI some time ago.
I can categorically say and repudiate the fact I have never fiddled, touched of done anything to the workings of the said gate, and may I suggest the person(s) who have SEEN me, go to the nearest opticians to get their eyes tested.

Terry was here when we moved in and was very active and helpful in the early days of our community. He fixed water pipes and big or small domestic problems.
It is so sad to read that some of our neighbours are trying to harm him and his wife by anonymous accusations. You can imagine how serious this is and how much courage is needed to make this official.
It is also very sad for the whole community that this can go on. I hope that the people behind this can live with their conscience.

You say that it has been reported by three people that you have been caught fiddling! (As you put it) Who cares! If you say you have not touched it then people can make their own minds up but, for some one else to make out that individuals are trying to harm you and your wife are also very serious allegations so, maybe all these so called good neighbours should really not be putting such comments on eyeonspain as it has already caused some confusion with one individual as the thread did not mention your wife so by putting your personal gripe on the website has already escalated into something that it is clearly not! And I am sure there are no such people at La Canada who would want or even think of causing you, your wife or any other individuals harm in any way.

Can any one tell us how the meeting went on the 21st for Phase 2 members and are people receiving proxy votes from those that will not be able to make the meeting on the 28th.

Meeting no 21st October.
The meeting went well. Everyone who attended was informed as to reasons why we do not want Canavas as our administrators. They were informed on the reports from other presidents of urbanisations that OCSI administer to. All were very pleased with them. There was general consensas that we reject Canavas at the meeting on 28th. Proxy votes are being sent to people who are attending the meeting from those who are not.
