This is the information that we have regarding the meeting on the 28th. The meeting went well. Canovas were rejected as administrators and OCSI appointed. They have the community snag list now and will be chasing these up with Quara. Jean and Charlie were voted in as President and vice president and stand for 1 year.
OCSI will be putting the minutes of the meeting together and emailing them to all owners. They have asked for everyone’s email and postal address.

Can any one tell us how the meeting went on the 21st for Phase 2 members and are people receiving proxy votes from those that will not be able to make the meeting on the 28th.

We are sending our Proxy form directly to Jean not as requested on the form to be returned to CANOVAS. I would suggest this is a much better option for other people.
