Some More Photos

I returned from Spain today and thought I'd post some photos which I took on Tuesday of this week - Some were taken at the top of the small hill to the side of entrance number one and the rest from the farmhouse at the opposite end of the site. As you can see, both phases one and two are now quite advanced.  Phases three and four have everything in place for them to start - there are foundations and structurework already in place for some plots on phase three.

For those pioneers about to complete on phase one -  I can tell you there were a lot of busy people working on the houses and roadways; whilst a handover date at the end of October is probably optimistic, I still think you'll have plenty of time to put up your Christmas decorations (please apply to the Town hall for permission if you plan to put a six foot Santa on your roof though). 

The photos also show the four different colours for the houses; these, in my opinion, will enhance the overall look of the site.

Hiya, We have posted another 12 photos for you all.  Many of the roads on Phase 1 and 2 have now been tarmaced, the roads between the Esthers were being prepared today so we would expect them to the tarmaced before next week.  Even the road leading up to Phase 3 had been done!!  Lots of monocaping going on, including properties in the rows behind the Esthers.  More perimeter walls have been built and the wall in front of the Christina showhouse was being monocaped.  All Showhouses are making excellent progress, most now have wooden ceiling beams up and terraces are being tiled.  Will keep you updated as things progress.

Hello Neighbours!!!!

Just got back from a very interesting site visit, All was going well untill my camera packed up!!!!!! But I did manage to salvage a couple of pics for you all,
The October handover is a bit far fecthed ( I think ) but i was very impressed with the massive increase in labour and progress on site since I was out  2 months ago, 
I reckon  it will be November before we see handover of the first houses.But it was also comforting to see that the "Fixtures"(outside lights and weather thingys on the roofs) were  fitted on the smaller models and the larger models being painted. And the bbqs look good too.
Tarmac on the roads and lamp posts being fitted.
We visited the site on a Sataurday and there was still a reported 200 workers on site phase 1, And even when we explored the surrounding area on the Sunday there were still many people there builing walls and painting the Houses as we drove past.s

We Will All Be There ........Eventually..  But it will be all worth it
