More Photos

Hi Everyone, 

We have just uploaded another two sets of photos.  They were taken yesterday onsite.  You can see the different colours of monocape that are on the Esthers.  The road at the top of the Esthers had the first layer of tarmac laid on Tuesday.  The roads between the Esthers were being prepared yesterday for tarmacing.  The larger houses/plots behind the Esthers on phase one were starting to be monocaped (the white monocaped natalia pictured) and the others (near the roundabout, phase 2) are just after the insulation stage.  I think that more or less covers all the pics taken (11 in all).  If you need any more info, then please send us a PM or email.

The houses look good in design - but to be truthfull, as a builder it will take a monumental effort to get all those houses to a standard to hand over to multiple clients - unless you want to live on a building site for a very long time - anyway good luck, hope you all get in for xmas as you hope.

pjd8845  When was it you last made your visit to the site ?   As you must already be aware being a builder yourself ,  the area has been designed so it can be cut off from the rest of the building work, so personally we are not to bothered about living in close proximity to building works,  if this had been the case we would'nt have moved from a later phase.  One thing you are right about though the design of the houses are more than good, the quality is far superior to any other villas we have looked at in recent years, still they should be considering one of the best construction companies in Spain are building the houses. Taking everything into account we are more than happy with our purchase and remain very optimistic that we will be living there in the not to distant future.
