Hi Jill - Can only say that I am not having a dishwasher - I suppose a lot depends on how much time you are spending there yourself - I have a dishwasher at home, but have never had one on holiday, if you are on holiday, you tend not to do too much cooking, apart from breakfast and a few simple things like salad, which don't use that many crocks.
I can honestly say over all the years we have stayed in apartments, I have never missed the dishwasher

We opted for a dishwasher - especially when we found out the price of the cupboard!!!!!!!!!!
Our dishwasher we bought was roughly the same price. I've heard that they are quite economical
nowadays and you have to fill the sink to wash the pots 2-3 times a day if you wash them by hand anyway
so it probably works out the same. I know I want to spend as much time as i can out in the sun NOT tied
to the sink. But each to their own. hope this helps.

Polaris quoted us 708.22 euros for a 4 drawer unit so we've opted for a dishwasher.

On another forum, Hayes Carpentry make furniture to fit, we are going to see them when we are over in November, to arrange for Drawer sets in the wardrobes, plus a cupboard under the stairs ( we are have a 1st floor apartment on Jardines 13 )

Just to let you know I had the exact same dilemma as you this weekend! I decided not to have a dishwasher, but got talking to my sister- in-law this weekend they had just got back in renting a villa in Turkey for a week with another couple, and she said they used the dishwasher most days - whowants to wash up when you are away!!! Got me thinking 233 euros for cupboard or dishwasher?
Changed my mind!!! Got on phone to Real Appliances this morning and added a dishwasher to my order!!!
