To all key holders

We have a apartment in Jardin 2 which we are hoping to rent out.
For us to be able to do this we are looking for responsible key holders to do the necessaries.
We will be coming out to Condado on the 29th October to hopefully finish off the furnishing of the apartment ready for rental.

Give a brief description of the services you offer and the prices you charge along with prefered method of payment.
We would like to be able to meet and get to know you a bit while we are out there and sort out the finer details.

We are in J 7 no 784 and will be there from the 27th to the 1st of Nov. We are also planning on renting out the apartment but are thinking of using PW to do so. I'd be interested to hear how you get on if you arent using PW.

Hi Tam,

We thought about using PW for renting until they told us we had to buy their furniture beding/towels etc.  the kitchen  equipment that they asked you to have was totally rIdiculous, juicers, coffee makers etc.  Not only would these things not be used but where would they be stored. 

We are using angelbabe/Carol as our key holder, thats if she'll have us(going out to meet her next week)

emailed pw about renting out and they pay 215 to 269 euros pw to owner
however you have to have it all decked on in polaris own furnishings and pay an annual maintenance of 615 euros.you will also be only allowed 8 weeks max for personal use and pay 118 euros cleaning when you do so

i am not going to use pw personally.i will use carol for key holding and cleaning and find my own agent.if anyone has found a decent agent already pls let me know

You want a decent agent.  Have personally met Carol (angelbabe911) and her lovely family.  I will be making use of her keyholding services when my property comes online.  As will many others on this forum.  Nuff said.

Thanks for that. I also emailed PW but havent heard anything back from them. Can you give me the email address that you used. Isnt it amazing how the figures change drastically after you have signed. Before we did we were told that we would get between €350 and €450  We were also told that we could use it whenever we wanted! 

Does anyone know anything about using someone else?
