Hi

I just wondered if anyone had the measurements of the upper apartment living space.  We are in Los Naranjos but assume the measurements are the same.

I was also wondering about those who had completed - the bathrooms seem to have a simple sink in it rather than the wooden unit I had expected.  Can anyone confirm or shed light on if/why this is the case?

Cheers P

Hi Scotsgirl - Welcome to the forum - There are lots of references to measurements on the forum - Too many to quote here - If you scroll down and open up all threads you will find anything you are looking for - As for the bathroom sink, if you have the time, you will find numerous references to that too, along with a host of other things, we thought we were getting - Hope you're not too disillusioned - We've become accustomed to it now - I have to add, just in case you think otherwise, we are still very very happy with what we are buying

Hi Scotsgirl,

We're in a 2 bed 1st floor as well. The measurements below were posted some time ago - hope they help. There has also been much talk of a 'lip' in the wall in the 2nd bedroom which could affect how you choose to furnish.

Polaris confirmed that we are getting the basic white pedestal and quoted something ridiculous like 3000 euros for the type of wooden cupboard thingy in the show flats so we passed.

Lounge
Breakfast bar length 244cm
Breakfast to lounge window 315cm
Width of bay 218cm
Lounge wall to dining area wall 454cm
Dining area wall to Breakfast bar end 210cm
Bed 1
From wardrobe door to window 269cm
Length of window wall 310cm
Length of wardrobe 208cm internal
Depth of wardrobe 59cm
Bed 2
From wardrobe door to window 315cm
Length of window wall 234cm
Length of wardrobe 135cm internal
Depth of wardrobe 50cm
Front balcony area
Door to balcony edge 198cm
Solarium
Total length of Solarium 833cm approx (not including into bay)
Total width of Solarium 540cm approx
Pergola
Length 410 approx
Width 210 approx

Kind Regards

Gary & Angela

Hi Gary and Angela

Thanks for that, it's really useful as we've not been out since the showhouse has opened.  I see we're neighbours - we're in Jardin 4 as well.

I'm not keen on the sink, I think it makes the bathroom look very ordinary but understand that the coloured ones were not very nice so probably it's better than that!

We've not had a completion date yet but looking forward to it - even if it is a bit earlier than I ever expected!

Hi Pamela,

What number are you? We are N258.

We were a bit shocked by the completion coming so far forward as well.

We bought last November and hadn't planned to go out until September as everything was so far away! As it is we'll be arranging POA, sorting out wills and finalising our furniture package along with trying to grab a few days R&R at the end of September.

We've been given a completion date of 24 October which fits in with when our money will be in Spain but decided on POA in case dates slip. When you consider that they are handing over 1500 apartments in stages it is a logistical nightmare so there are bound to be blips. We're trying to stay calm at the moment and enjoy what's to come and not get stressed!

Kind Regards

Gary & Angela
