General help please

is there anybody else out there that is still buying Atalaya??? I have been told that it will be ready in July! Any thoughts??

I have tried without success to contact anybody with regards to La Atalaya. My Lawyer ,the people who sold it to us and the

developer are not answering any calls or emails 

I may have to visit to satisfy myself what is happening

Although I pulled out of this fiasco 1 year ago and successfully got my payments back after a long fight, I happen to be in Garrucha this week and visited the complex which is I am glad to tell ye all that is almost fully completed congrads ye have waited a very long time, the orange colour is even painted on the outside of the building, having said that the area got desperately RUN down looking with huge high rise buildings rising up in front of  La Atalaya blocking all views of the mountains, the area is totally destroyed with graffitti also.

It will be ready by july, but it may take another 2 yrs to get habititation licence Remember that in mind

I noticed the developers were newly named C & D developers maybe they have taken over perhaps mar y casas have gone bankrupt, you need to check with your lawyers urgently in this event.

I would contact my lawyer but she also seems to have disappeared.

In my week long trip to Garrucha ( weather beautiful) I didn't come across one estate Agent, the market is so desperately depressed, Ye guys are extremely lucky that La Atalaya is almost completed unlike many other sites with nothing going on, developers going bankrupt etc, Perhaps the reason why your not getting a response is becaue the lawyers were connected with the estate agents and are not in operation any longer, I cannot be certain for sure here! But Surely ye should have been notified. Medsea have completely closed down with no aftersales at all nobody getting feedback

I went to garrucha recently and will try to upload the photos. La Atalaya is nearing completion but I have heard nothing directly from the agent or the developer. The building has bathrooms and kitchens installed without giving anybody any choices.

But before you get too excited please contact me to discuss what I found out about the area

Hi. Is there anybody who purchased an apartment at la atalaya still around.

I am looking at getting my money back but it is a long and expensive business but if there

were several of us the costs would be considerabley less.

Is there anyone, apart from us, who has yet to reach a settlement on this?  If you are happy to do so, would appreciate any information you can give us.  Only just got computerised properly and discovered this site.
