IS SQUATTING ILLEGAL IN SPAIN?

Dear all,

Is anyone yet in a position to rent out accommodation on Condado. We are looking to venture out between
the 14/10 and the 21/10 to furnish our apartment on Jardin 1.

I've got a neighbour.
We are also on Jardines One and you are the first I have seen posting on this site from the same Jardine. We are number 26.
We are in Murcia from 3/10 til 17/10 but are lucky to have our sister in laws place in Villamartin (about 1 hr drive). While we are there we are organising beds and basic lighting so we can see and sleep when we return for 6 weeks in Feb to finish furnishing. Hope you get sorted for your stay and who knows we may bump into each other in Oct.

We are also going over between 13th and 17th October with a view to looking at furniture etc for our apartment in the Penthouse phase of Los Naranjos.  We have decided to book into the Hotel La Cumbre in Puerto de Mazzarron, based on reviews from other eye on spain users and relatives that have stayed there.  It is located quite well for accessing most of the places we will need to visit.  Also, it is reasonably priced, though if you decide to book I would suggest booking directly with the hotels website as I found this cheaper than on other websites.  

Hope of this of some use, and you never know we may bump into you in one of the furniture shops.
