Spanish Motorbike Licence A2

Hi all,

Rang PW yesterday and was told that the Penthouse Showhouse on Los Naranjos will be open from next Wednesday, was also informed that the estimated completion date for phase 1 on Los Naranjos will be Sept/October, but definitely pre Xmas.

Has anyone considered or made any enquiries with a view to having a safety deposit box fitted? Just a thought as we always use one when on holiday as I'm sure most of you do.

While out in Spain last week I looked everywhere for one of these simple electronic safes. 
DFS had one but it was only available to buy as part of their furniture package. 
They are too heavy to take over from the UK so does anyone know where we can get one locally in Murcia Region???

We are new to the site and amazed at the exchange of info and activity - excellent!

We are buying a ground floor on Penthouse Block 6 and have been waiting to know when a show apartment for the penhouses would be available.  Want to see size as compared to Jardines show apartments. Johngee - do you have any more detail e.g which block PW are using?

Completion pre-Xmas would be good but hope PW are not rushing at the expense of quality.  Reports from those buying on Jardines are good.

Trying to work out best supplier for air-con.  Is it correct that condensers etc go on roof?  Cupboard on patio can be used for washing machine?

As others have said it is disappointing that there will not be a separate town centre by the golf club but a larger combined town centre may be more commercially viable and therefore have better used facilities.

What facilities are provided by PW for those now occupying - is there a supermarket, bar, restaurant, post box, security, etc?

Welcome to the forum.

We have just completed on a 1st floor apartment in the Jardines. 
Regarding AirCon we are using Gary from PolarAir. He is significantly cheaper than PW, is doing loads of installations at Condado and from the  comments of other forum users does an excellent job. He is actually fitting ours next Tuesday. Gary can be contacted on info@polaraircostablanca.com and his website is www.ploaraircostablanca.com which also explains how the things are installed.

With regards to the facilities available at the moment, from other threads, you will see that a temporary supermarket, restaurant , bar and sports facilities should be open before the end of this month.
We were out there a week ago and were pleased with the finish on the apartments and amazed at how much the site is coming on even since our last visit in April.

Polarair appear to be well regarded and good to know they are active on site so should have good relationship with PW.

Also glad to see some facilities should be up and running shortly.  I gather that was one of the concerns on some of the other PW developments that despite completing etc PW did not get on with the communal parts.
