All fellow La Tercians,

The date for the grand opening bash is the 11th October, in order that food costs and seating etc can be arranged and confirmed, we need to finalise the number of people attending by the 6th Sept 08. 

If you will be attending could you please let me know , in order that numbers can be finalised and passed onto the residents living on site who are organising things from the La Tercia end  

If anyone is interested in coming along  could you please send a pm or email on to me before this date, containing your name and the number of people in your party who will be attending the opening bash, can you state if you will be playing in the golf tournament on the day or not.

Hi All

If you have yet to confirm your attendance to the grand opening bash and golf day could you please email dave@murcia-golf.co.uk with your names and how many are in your party , could you also say if you will be participating in the golf event along with your golfing handicap.

We need to have a confirmed attandance by the 6th Sept 08.
 
All event details will be posted on the forum to keep you updated, but if your are visiting La Tercia keep a look out for the posters displayed around the site advertising the Opening Bash.
