Hi I have started legal proceedings against the OVP development, having brought one of their link detached villas, following the discovery of a series of failings in their service to secure my investment and the rest is history as they say!

They say the only people who are going to make any money from this will be the lawyers but I am hoping that some good will come out of what seems to have been a nightmare in recent months.

I understand there are at least 20 individuals that have appointed CostaLuz Lawyers alone.  So there are more people in the same boat out there. Collectively we could be stronger?
