looking to do karaoke and sell ice creem in the day

hi ime looking at going to spain in feb  ive got a left hand drive v w camper i do karaoke here in the uk and am looking at  buying a  ice cream traylor to  work in the  day and do  karaoke at night  can any 1 advise me  on  laws and insurance  or  street selling of ice cream would be most aprecatied best wishes  nick
