polargmd its a 100% a rip off and illegal

Does anyone actually know what polargmd are actually doing.  The A team say they have the best leads on the coast and are selling good quality property through estate agents from developers with very good adverting and marketing .

The A team have now sold Ocean Estates and set up polargmd which was set up almost 2 years ago.  Is this true.  Now have their office in Marbella.

Becasuse i have heard lots of very bad reports about them not paying anyone selling illegal developments , using lawyers not to pay people and get them out of trouble.

Also the staff they have had working for them dont seem to stay their for long and then never get paid like when they worked for Ocean Estates.  same old story.

Can some one tell me is all of this true.

Becasue from what I have heard i would never advise any on eto work fro for them, buy property from them.  Becasue you will loose all you money.
