so investors out there is anyone still looking to buy in spain and if yes what are you looking for off plan or completed properties that you can use yourself or if possible rent out. And what do you think of the guaranteed rental packages around. And more importantly what areas.
Are the days gone where people are not interested in the cheap and over croweded developments in spain. Are people now looking for much better quality properties, with good views, excellent location and superb build quality. where every thing actually works. And one last thing when people buy apartments is the penthouse much better to buy now than the ground floor or are more people loking to buy villas with land that they actually own and can enjoy without being annoyed by too many people.

With all the bad press covering the purchase of property in Spain, I don't understand why so many still purchase off plan. Long waits, builds not starting, changes to plans, you get none of this with a key ready property. When we purchased last year, we wouldn't even consider off plan because of the problems, instead opting for something we could walk into, with all the correct licenses. As has been said before, I think a lot of people jump off the plane and leave their common sense on board!
