Emailing using a Blackberry

Does anyone have any experience of costs for operating/sending/receiving emails and general use of a blackberry in Spain. Our provider in the UK is Vodafone ??   Visiting the internet cafe every day or using a 3g stick on the laptop @ £8.50 per day is expensive !!

Can't comment on costs I am afraid, as I work for a major PLC that gets preferential rates.

Re sending & receiving emails, no problems at all and they go through quickly as long as you are in an area with mobile phone coverage.
