Hi all, I moved to San Roque Club about a week ago, but my permanent move will be in Vista Hermosa hopefuly in December if there's no delays. I've been looking at schools for my daughter who is 11 years old and have only come across Soto Grande international school in the area. As my daughter doesn't speak sapnish at present, can anyone recommend any good school (national or international). Regards Maria

There are some Spanish Public School around but I am not sure if that is what you are looking for. There is another one, kind of bilingual, but mainly spanish speaking one in Algeciras.

Please let us know if you need more help.

Maria

Hi,  I live in San Enrique de Guadiaro, not far from San Roque golf.  My daughter now aged 10 goes to the local school, she really enjoys going.  It is only a small school, but I think this is why she has done so well. She could not speak very much Spanish when we first came over but is fluent now. They take children up to the age of 13 at this school, my elder boy went there as well before going to the secondary in Pueblo Nuevo and he did ok. We have been in Spain for nearly five years.   Hope this helps

Hi Anita

Perhaps you should contact someone on here >>
http://www.zaldibar.org/ingles/presentacion.htm It's in English & has many email addresses.

I haven't seen any of our members living so far north.

From
