Hi

I'm buying an apartment here very close to where the new Park Hyatt is being built by the same developer, Evemarina. Looks like there's going to be delays, possibly going over the 6 month limit the developer has in the contract. Went to see progress last month and still love it but wondering whether, if we go over the 6 months, I should think about cancelling what with what's happened to prices and the Euro since we signed last October. At least we paid our 20% deposit then at 1.42, now it's 1.24! Ughh!

Everyone (and not just the agent!) has said this is one of the best developers.

Anyone else buying at Dona Julia?

Regards

Norman

Hi  We're also buying on the Dona Julia but in the Mirabella block.  Our apartment is built and we complete in December. Lets hope the Euro rate improves over the coming months, but  I doubt it. The urbanisation looks pretty good.
