i have just came back from  condado de alhamo and yes garden 11 is almost  done i have got to go over on June 5th and sign but i am trying to stall it for a bit because you can not rent it out like you hope to do ,there is no shops to get food or papers there are no restaurants  there is nothing  except mud and DUST and even more DUST you cant sun bath you cant sit on your solarium there is to much DUST  you are buying a golf resort   there is NO GOLF COURSE NO GRASS  the only grass is in garden 11. The sales man on site said it will have shops  and golf courses in 18 months to two years they have not started to billed the shops yet  so we will be paying a mortgage for two years with out renting. no ones going to wont to stay there like that
