I'll make this as brief as I can and hopefully someone can help us-

We bought off plan in 2000 - Mirador De Torreblanca - the complex is, as I understand nearly finished.

The snag according to our solicitor there is an embargo on the land for unpaid taxes by the developer- Group Mirador. Our solictor cannot seem to get any further information and no idea when and if this is going to be resolved. There is again as I understand, legal proceedings being bought against the agents (Palmeria Properties )that sold the majority of these apartments and the developer.

I am normally a very optimistic person but I have to say after 8 years I am beginning to wane (slightly).

Can anyone tell me, advise us what on earth to do - please
