Signing on the Padron

Sunday, March 02, 2008 by amespana . 6 posts Send private message On R.E.M last week one of the callers said they thought that if you signed on the Padron before the beginning of April that there is quite a reduction in the IBI tax.I wonder if anyone on the forum knows anymore about this? Spam post? Please let us know
