My property is due to be ready in Jan07 but is only eleven months late!
It is a lovely area but please make sure you professionally snag the property and the community areas and do all paperwork in triplicate

Good Luck with the completion Lam,
Seems about right ours was 9 months. Worth it in the end.  .

The latest should have been Jan 07 but the catalogue of problems and mistakes in the build set it back a year, these included wrong colour exterior, wrong plaster finish and colour forgeting to install stairs to under build poor tiling and and poor finish of tiles, paintwork etc

Why not continue this thread on the Las Kalendas off plan development forum?
We know that Procumasa monitors the comments made there and you can communicate with those of us with local interests.

Hola Dennis, it was good to meet you in Las Kalendas when we visited with EOS member PVP, Paul & Pauline on Wed 26th March. You have a beautiful looking bungalow, I was quite envious.
