Hi All,
After completeing on our Apartment last year, our lawyer (PSI Consultants- Playa Flamenca) has contacted us regarding payment of Land Registry Fee,
Does anybody know what amount I should have to pay? as we were assured all was payed for when the original bill was settled for on completion.
Our house is in the Villamartin area.

Ask your lawyer to specify what concept within Land Registry´s fees you need to pay. It sounds strange initially.
