BANK CHARGES FOR PAYING UTILITIES

Can anyone tell me what the rates are for Spanish bank accounts to pay your utilities? Are there any banks who do not charge or have low charges? What approximate amount is usually needed to cover average utilitiy costs etc? Which companys do not charge to transfer money monthly or yearly from the UK?

Halifax is the only bank I've heard of that offers free transfers between UK/Spain. Not many branches over here though (yet). As far as I know, all Spanish banks make charges for just about everything, but they probably all vary wildly. For an idea of utility costs, best to look through the threads dedicated to those topics.
