Hi Everyone we hope to complete on Los Balcones del Valle in March 2008 through Instant Access Properties. Now trying to research as much as possible and hope to visit later in year. Any advice and updates would be appreciated. Hope to hear from anyone out there, thanks in anticipation!

Have you joined the actual message board for that development? You may find other buyers there.
There's lots of info scattered around the site (we're not very organised) and if you need any help just post your questions on the general forum here.

Hi Maggi,
I completed in February at Playa Golf 2, Campoamor, with IAP. Just returned from2 weeks at the apartment. I'm not sure where yours is, mine's just out of Torrievieja. How 's things going? I have some problems with my solicitor and yours might be the same one; was recommended by IAP - some of the fees doubled from the pre completion statement to the post completion statement... which I didn't recieve from more than 2 months . Being pre-warned might prevent the same. I hope it goes well for you. Jan
