A Big Thank You

 Hi there. 

I have been reading these forums for about four years now as i was buying in Spain.

I bought a small olive grove in Catalunya.

I have lived here since July last year.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on here who has helped by giving me the heads up on procedures for buying, Nie, Banking, Padron, registering for medico, registering on the EU persons register, The list goes on.

I have also purchased two vehicles with no problems.

Many Thanks for making my new life in Spain less stressful.

Great to read about your purchase, Caz.  I know Mora d'Ebre and Mora La Nova very well. Friends of ours lived near there for ten years. Is your place on the outskirts of the towns. It's a very beautiful area.  AND I live not far from Newark!  How are you getting on with learning Catalan?  Is your source of income derived from the olives?

 I live on the campo between the moras and garcia.

My husband has retired so we live on his pension with the olives as an extra.

We dont have many trees so it more for an interest than to make money.

It is as small world if you live near Newark too.  We were only there three years waiting for retirement.

  I am struggling with catalan so decided to stick with castilian for now.
