Hi,

I am looking for a valuation on a property I want to sell in a town 25 minutes north of Granada. Finding it very difficult to track people down to get an appointment.

The agents we purchased off 7 years ago are retiring so no joy there. If anyone knows any names I would very much appreciate it. I have contacted some but get no reply. Does not seem a good advertisement for business.

What town are you closest to, and what type of property do you have?

Waht business Bambireland ?

I would not worry about the quality of an aganet of you are selling, all you need is to find one who has a client who wants to buy and there are not many of them.

I Edit a newsletter, Here's an extract from this weeks'

Banks are biggest property dealers

Spanish banks have 118,000 properties for sale on their web pages, including 85,000 dwellings, 24,000 store units and parking spaces, 4,300 business premises, more than 1,000 factory buildings, 500 offices and 2,800 plots.   In reality, the number of plots of land for sale is much higher but some entities prefer not to publish the true figures. Some of the properties advertised are not owned by the banks, but by promoters financed by them.

The banks are offering financing for their own properties of up to 100% of their valuation, over 40 years and at interesting rates. So, has the time come to buy?     Hardly, prices will fall further this year.
