Insurance for phase 2 on Terrazas

Have just completed on apt on phase 2, can anyone advise on whether I need buildings insurance or does that get covered in community fees. If its just contents does anyone have any companies that they recomend and if possible an indication of annual cost. As I dont have a spanish mortgage I am free to choose.

Perhaps a good idea to put where you are in Spain  .. terrazas is far too general seeing as there's 63 community forums for that name .. so as not to confuse those trying to help.
