can any-one give me any tips on selling my apartment in Playa Flamenca near Torreviejca. Which agents to use , solicitors , websites I can advertise on etc etc any advice appreciated

Justin, I've just taken a look at the property for sale section in case we decide to try and sell and found a lot of the properties were listed more than once. Also when I completed the advanced search info it didn't filter anything out, just listed all  the properties again whether they fitted my search criteria or not..

The repeated properties are the featured ones, although we are in the process of changing how these are displayed.

Can you PM me the details of the search you did?  It seems to work fine when I try it...it's always the way.
