Why sell my property via Eye on Spain?

We receive many requests every day for people looking to buy a new property in Spain.  As we are not a real-estate company we have no properties to sell and can only recommend a trusted agent to them.  Now we also have the option to direct them to our online property sales section where they can deal directly with the seller, and buy a discounted property.

As soon as you pay online, your property will become live on the website and interested buyers can start viewing it straight away.

What are the chances of selling my property via the Eye on Spain website?

We don't make any guarantees that someone will buy your property.  However, Eye on Spain is a very highly ranked website, especially in the most important search engine, Google (this is probably how you found us) and we guarantee to direct buyers to our online properties at all times on the website.  Therefore your property will receive a high level of exposure every day.

In order to help sell your property you must take into account that there are no agency fees so you can advertise it at a lower price than you would via an estate agent.  Keeping the price as attractive as possible will really help, of course!  Having good photos of the property will also help.

Of course.  Many people looking for property are interested in property that they can start using straight away.  Therefore we also allow completed properties to be listed.

How will I know how much my property is worth?

The first bit of research you should do is on the Internet.  Research what similar properties are acheiving in the same development or in that area.  You may also ask the agent who originally sold you the property to give you an idea of how much it is now worth.  Or if you have already listed your property for sale with an estate agent then you will know the value of your property.

Will people be able to see my details online?

No.  For reasons of security and data protection we do not put your personal details online.  When an interested buyer submits an enquiry to you, they do so via a form which when submitted will send an email directly to you.  It is then up to you to respond to this request and pass on your contact details if you so wish.

Can I add photos of my property?

Yes, up to 6.  Photos are very important to help sell your property.  Make sure that they are of a reasonable quality to begin with.  You will be able to upload these online yourself, via a simple process.

Yes at any time.  Simply log in and edit your details in the control panel.

If I agree a sale with a buyer then what next?

If you are made an offer for your property, and you accept it, you then need to request your solicitor to handle the sale for you from that point onwards.

Once you have agreed your sale and your are happy with all the terms, you can then remove your property by returning to this page and clicking on the "Remove" link above corresponding to the property which you have sold.
