have spoken to our solicitor  yesterday everything is ready for signing he has to arange appointment with the notary this may take 2-3 weeks  may be sooner depending if  date that suits all of us can be arranged

I have just looked on the Arenal Duquesa forum. It seems the completion dates they were given for mid January by Prienesur back in December have not been adhered to!  Some have had their dates moved until mid February!

TO BANTAM

This suits us fine we were rather hoping we would not have to sign untill end feb /early march as i am going into hospital for a small op on feb 21 and would be rather glad to get this op done before we move .

and it gives us a bit more time to sell our boat as feb is a good time to sell .   also 18 feb is end of term school holidays flight,s and ferry,s will be expensive something we could do without at the moment as we have just been told we have to pay mortgage company ,s solicitors fee,s 

we new nothing about them till last weekand had not budgeted for them its about 6000. euro
