You need to go to your local tax office in Spain and bring your NIE number and they can print them off for you there.If you have a postal address in Spain there's an online form you can complete and the labels will be sent out.

 Can you still buy the form 210 at Torremolinos tax office as I think most banks also look for the envelope too?
