can anyone update me on the progress of block 4 as i am finding it very difficult to any response

Hi Noel,

We have bought in Block 3 and are currently living on site. It is hard to know what has happened inside Block 4 as the road is still blocked off and fiercely guarded by a security guard however from the outside it looks to be finished. There have been a number of vans outside all the blocks on the completed section of that road but no indication of why they are there.

 our licence for block 2 was issued back in july the apartments are all ready to sign over to us but now we are told we have to wait for the local council to issue a futher document when we asked how long it would take 

  would it be weeks or months they dont know so we are left waiting again 

 i would like to warn people who are having a spanish mortgage they are only valued for three months so dont apply to early  or you end up having to apply again like we had to and pay a second valuation fee
