It's a joke, there isn't even a practice green. The resort is dead. The clubhouse looks like it will never get built. The bar looks great, but they won't open it.
The course is great too. So there is potential to make it a success.
Yes, they will run at a loss for a period of time, but in the long run it will attract more holidaymakers to the resort if there are bars and shops. They can't expect the resort to get busy before they decide to open.
