Excellent News for those still to complete. New legislation comes into effect from tomorrow stating that Vat will reduce from 8% to 4% on new builds.
Just got confirmation of this from my solicitor so thanks to Polaris World who failed to complete on my property at the start of August and postponed to 5th September.....
