Restaurant/Pub

Hi all

Does anyone know if the restaurant/pub is open yet?

 No it isn´t.

Do we know if it going to open in the future

 It is very hard to see any business justification for opening currently. There are just not enough people around apart from in the peak summer months.

There are rumours that the golf course will be under new management soon and in that connection more may be done with a restaurant in the town centre - maybe for spring next year. But this is unconfirmed speculation as yet.

But they must realise that they are never going to get enough people if they don't open the bar. If they open the bar and the town center it will attract more people. Im pretty sure that the majority of golfers would stay for a drink after a round too, considering there isn't a clubhouse.

It's a joke, there isn't even a practice green. The resort is dead. The clubhouse looks like it will never get built. The bar looks great, but they won't open it.

The course is great too. So there is potential to make it a success.

Yes, they will run at a loss for a period of time, but in the long run it will attract more holidaymakers to the resort if there are bars and shops. They can't expect the resort to get busy before they decide to open.

Who is actually owns the bar now?
