Just returned from a visit

Hi Fellow buyers/home owners

We have just returned from 8 days in San Juan.  The weather for the majority of the time was great, considering the time of year.  In Mojacar one day the recording was suggesting 31 degrees, however not sure if we believe the reading, we personally recorded ahigh twenties during our stay with regular 26's.

The resort facilities are starting to open up - the chinese has re opened (Jenifer having has another little girl 5 weeks ago). 

The front of the CDP development has been tidied up a little, majority of workmen were repainting houses on earlier phases - covering cracks, repainting externally etc.

Lots of road widening and resurfacing happening as you go towards Aguilas and Vera - plenty of money being spent on the surrounding area.

Not much more activity on site to report since, we last visited in Jan, but we will continue to report back  as we re visit in 3 weeks.

Thanks for the update.  The weather sounds encouraging.  We hit a high of 9 degrees today in Scotland, get the swimmies out.  We'll be out on the 18th April set for another burn.  Can't think of anything to buy for the house this trip but plenty of time to think of something.  Mortgage down another couple of euros this month, just keeps getting better.
