Return of the 3000 euro deposit

I would just like to hear from anybody who has managed to get their main deposit back via a bank guarantee but who is struggling to get the original 3000 euro's refunded by Peinsa.

What a crew they are heaping so much misery on so many people over such a long period of time.

I applied for a refund a couple of years ago, it took nearly a year to receive it! One of the hold ups was Peinsa waiting for the the company that introduced us to them to repay the 3000 euros we had placed as the initial deposit. This was obvioulsy the commission paid to them, thats why your having problems - but stick to your guns

I got my 3000 euros back 1 year ago along with my deposit, I was so pleased we jumped on easy jet the following month for a holiday & look see for another house & guess what. We bought 2 properties on Calas Del Pinar, we realised what a big mistake we had made after seeing how wonderfull they were & now it's almost complete what can I say they are fantastic may I add what wonderful people we have met who also own property on CDP. Hope you get what you want out of life & your 3000 euros back. good luck.

Glad to hear you like the houses.  We're very glad we bought especially  when similar houses are going for a lot more.It's been worth the wait!   Ours valued at a lot more than we paid for it.

Sorry we missed you when we were out, I for one am not bothered how much they are going for but I see what you mean. I am just over the moon with the build & finish, I need not go on about how long we have all had to wait it is criminal really but that for us it is all in the past and we promised ourselves we would not dwell on it any longer. I would find it hard to find a better place than CDP (we have tried hard) & the residents we have met are fantastic.
