Albolwell, I have only spent a short time with Roy looking around an apartment that I did not eventually purchase. It is not up to me to disclosed all or any of the faults that he pointed out and the possible rectificational actions that he suggested would need to be taken to solve the problems. I do however have faith in his snagging abilities as it is up to the builder,not the snagger to put any faults right in the correct way so as not to be sued for bad builds.
Before you ask I have C & G quals in bricklaying, Carpentery, Joinery, MMX, MTM2, Member of Mensa, French, English & Maths o'levels and a certificate for doing a width of the local swimming baths amongst others. I do however have balls of steel and not crystal because thats what you need when you live next to Glastonbury which as you know is the centre of the universe as far as holistic healers are concerned.
I can accept people such as Russ and Spanhod asking questions on this Corvera Golf and Country Club forum as they are people that have a direct interest in it but you dont seem to so why the sudden interest? Please dont tell me that you are concerned about everybody that has got ripped off in this world.
