Would anyone be good enough to provide us with the details of the legal action (is it a class action??) against Calidonia/Corvera?
We have received a letter from them claiming the balance under the contract, for non-completion.
Is anyone else in this position who would like to feedback?
Alternatively, if anyone has any experience of legal proceedings/negotiations with Calidonia, would they be willing to share information?
