Solicotors who won against Corvera

Does anyone know the law firm/solicitor who has won case(s) against Corvera????

This post implies that a solicitor HAS won a case against Corvera - is this true?

If so can someone confirm (by PM if necessary)?

Or do you mean does anyone know ANY solicitor who has won a case against Corvera?

To date I don't believe there are any WON cases on Corvera.  Please let me know if I am wrong though.

Maybe the question should be; does anyone know of any cases against Calidona on Corvera or Roda  that were won?

I am only assuming this as don't you think if someone had won a case they would have come forward before now?  People have asked this question before and still it is very quiet. 

What I would be more interested to know, is that has anyone lost their against Calidona and had to pay legal costs?

Either at Roda or Corvera!

Now I think there have been some cases lost and I think some people have details of these.  I assume the people concerned are appealing though as everything is very quiet on the payment of costs.  Just wish like you people would come forward and put us all in the picture. 

I am sure they would be shouting from the treetops if they had won though which is why I assume knowone has.

i think you will find the cases have not been through the full court procedure , ie supreme court  ,  i dont think many people expect murcia judges to rule against a large local company ( whatever the situation ) .

why would you want people to come forward and put you in the picture regarding there private business and the costs involved ?  

Actually I wasn't that bothered it was maple 11 - I just pointed out that if someone had won then I am sure they would be coming forward.

I am sure the costs are readilly available if asked for.  I agree though no court in Murcia is going to rule against the developer. 

All I was interested in was had cases been lost yes or no! and did they have to paid legal fees. Not interested in who or what the amount was.

Some people just like to comment  don't they!

It's still early on in this whole mess - I think that there have been cases where people have one but Calidona will still have the right to appeal for a certain time period and therefore no-one would want to start shouting about it.

The results from local courts are also not published for general viewing.

Yes I agree things will come out in time.  Lets all hope for a positive outcome.
