Rushcliffe cancelled my contract and as per the private purchase contract are meant to refund 50%. They have made many promises, but I have been let dwon every time. Don't trust this company at all. have started legal proceedings but slow process.

Hi
I completed in February 2008 and have received no rent or a furniture package per the terms of the agreement. I have now received written confirmation from Rushcliffe that both agreements are cancelled as they have no money. I fear your deposit is lost. I would be careful spending more money as also aware from my lawyer in Spain that Rushcliffe have minimal assets and many debts and will be in administration shortly.

I am in the process of getting my deposit back after they failed to meet their contractual obligations etc. It is a long process but I suggest you just hang on in there.

Can I ask if you did get your deposit back? I'm wondering if it's worth spending money on legal fees if there is little chance of the deposit actually being refunded.

Dear All
We have been instructed by a client who has purchased an apartment at this development, and paid a lot of money but does not have anything to show for it. Can anyone else advise if they are in the same position , and whether their plot is in Block 12
