I think we need to ask rushcliffe for a list of owners to get the whole thing started correctly.

My apartment in Block 2 has just been broken into and the TV DVD Pictures lamps and Kitchen Hob have been stolen.

I think the first issue on the site must be security and night watchmen.

I have no idea how the gardening is dealt with

I have no idea about electrical supplies and sufficiency

Clare Haythorne is now apointed to the role of Completions and she seems helpful

Maybe you should contact her and get things moving

Dear All,

I own the Penthouse in Block12.  I visit Las Palmeras often, went twice in the last 6 weeks.  The lifts were not working and I reported this to Mr. Fernandez who seems to be helpful with Communit y Matters.

In the next days you will receive a letter from us explaining to all the owners the real situation of Las Palmeras de Calahonda.
 
Of course we have a list with addresses, e-mails, telephones from all the owners.
