04 July 2009:A lot was promissed when we purchased on Phase 3 about the bus between Phases and the club house but unsure if anything has started recently. Could anyone clarify please.
Also the bus for those that wish to travel to the beach club via the ferry- anyone used as yet & what was the cost please.

03 June 2009:I've just received notification from Carmon Munoz at Housing Commuidades that owners of Town Houses (unsure of villas) are covered under the Community Fees and don't require separate insurance. I was made aware by my solicitor at completion of purchase that I did need independent insurance so will be now looking for a refund.
Hope this helps a few recoup a lot!

We signed a contract but not specifically a plan of the development or house.
My preference at this stage is to cancel but given the circumstances above, and the contract clause confirming they can change anything under
"technical" reasons, have we any possible chance of success?
