Hi Jaquib and all

Just to put you in the picture of whats happening in Twigitts head right now.  Tonight on twigitt soap.

He has this thing about people not giving their right names, and gives some kind of wierd name himself.  He also has this thing about people having bank guarantees and how they are stopping him getting what he wants, for some strange reason.

He thinks that everybody should stick with this builder because he and his stink commander are scared they might lose their money. 

He reckons the way for him and his scam commander to keep their money is to stop any bank guarantees getting paid and for the  builders, who are really bad at getting on with their work, to get some more money and carry on building.  He calls it 'you ousing estate' which is about as professional as the builders plans are..

We, on the other hand are wanting the proper things to happen..........the builder goes into administration and the authorities seize their money and assets and investigate the very bad builders who dont give a toss about their customers.

Now then...............who do we think is talking sense here???

Don't know about you, but i am really bored of twiggit now. Unless this person (whoever it might be) has anything useful to say, please be quiet. This whole situation we are in does not get any easier as time goes on, does it?  Good luck to those renting there properties and keep the fight going, even though you could do without the extra stress.

 Chill and please don't shout there is a lot of  bad stuff going down on this forum right now .Trouble is no one seems to trust anyone any more .A pity when we are all in the same boat .

I think it helps to move forward if you think that all is lost then anything you get back  will be a bonus . This strategy has kept me going over the last 9 months or so . These guys are masters of deciet and fraud  and are not going to give anything back very easily .

Even the lawyers are at a loss as to what can be done .This is why they don't reply they have nothing to say .This situation is unprescidented (spelling ) unless they are over 85 they have nothing to compare this to .

The thing to remember is all this started with SJ way before the credit crunch and they have no excuse for their mistakes before the bubble burst . I can only suggest you get a decent litigation lawyer with standardised fees just incase there is any chance of getting anything back.Even those with BGs are stuffed now because of the dirty dealings of this outfit . I hope they sleep well at night

well its been 3 years since i put a deposit down on one of the amapola`s. I wonder how many of these moaning old bidies are going to live to see a penny sorry € before they get to old to know what to do with it. Since my deposit , all the broken promisesand lies. I even paid a few visits to the site all lies lies lies lies they pulled one of the best HUSTLES "SCAMS" you can imagine. They even built a few houses to make it look good when we arrived a few workers even pretended to dig holes, looking back we were well and truley sucked in.

The link actually shows the scale of the property meltdown in Spain, I previously had seen properties like these in this developement advertised for 200,000 euro plus tax!! Coupled with the fact that this is a finished property it seems like a really good time to buy a resale property. Make up your own mind.

jacgbi, these are repossessions, not unsold stock.

a big difference. for example a friend of mine had a property in reading in 1997 when i was a mortgage broker. properties were selling in his street for £112000. Abbey nat repossessed him for £65000 at auction and pursued him for the balance betwwen the sale and mortgage which was £89000. they delighted bank also added £20000 in legal fees.

leading to my client not only losing his home but being made bankrupt.

so please bear that in mid with spanish reposessions.

but in this desperate mess many people bought at jumilla not only for inalnd views etc, away from expat influx etc, but also on price. if you bought on a price driven exercise and reluctantly went inland then caba roig at 95000 is cheaper than crooked san jose were knocking out azucena in 2004!

But contrary to your own opinion I've just found out that these two properties are not reposessions and have no finance owing on them, so believe alarmed, property prices are dropping like stones in espana, FACT!!!

But feel free to do a legal search yourself, don't take my factual word for it!!

You are quite right. Prices are still falling [like stones] We think the 2 bedroomed Tulipan appartment  not far from us may now be sold. Asking price was €65,000 but you can bet it actually went for less.

We are quite happy with what we paid for our 3 bedroomed house some 8 months ago [very happy] and were eager to get settled here in Spain, which we are. If we had waited another 6 or so months, we could have saved another €15,000 at least, but we are happy and settled.

When prices eventually level out it will be quite interesting to see how low they are, but one thing is for sure and that is they will be LOW.

 I have been busy with a DH consultation process plus sorting a few things out and pursuing a few ideas....hmmm

Good news Arsenal won!!! Bad news there is no money in HdT to pay any one thier deposits back.....

Answer is the only way any one can get their money back is for SADM to go ahead, creating income and then being able to repay those of you who would like your money back.
