Joannie I would love to buy your toxic debt but have far too much of my own .Look on the bright side if you are a UK tax payer you now own a couple of banks .Yipee !!!!!! let the good times roll I wonder if we will all get a bankers bonus this year ?
Can I once again urge everyone to E mail their MEP . PM me if you need more details . I know many are cynical about politicians and their effectiveness but I know the contact target figure they need before they must act on our behalf and we are almost there .Our plight is being snowballed by current global events but this route could still help many especially those without BGs . The only time consuming thing is they want to know the details of each individual case ie BG or no BG , agent's links in UK if initial contact was in the UK or not and if so is agent still currently active in UK. Original lawyer when buying and if you suspect they were not independent and had overriding obligations to agents / developers that did not priorities your interests as a client .
Give it a go it will only take ten minutes of your time and wont do any harm unlike the tactics of others .
Someone suggested a standard letter but this is not possible as they need individual details as I have just mentioned .The corruption going on here is bigger than anyone knows and we need all the help we can get . Please give it a try there is nothing to lose . JA

I can not believe that no one on this forum is prepared to tell what is in the latest SARC report while SARC sort out their latest IT issues. I don't believe it will be anything much and couldn't care less but it is the principle .What if everyone decided not to share .SARC are playing a very dangerous hand I hope everyone realises this now . They have already delayed the action you should have taken in the initial stages of the process. E mail the MEPs and PMs it is crucial to our cause and is FREE . SARC don't want you to do this as it is bad publicity for SJ/HdT PROTECT YOU , pardon me for shouting yours in good faith and hope . PM me if you need help contacting your MEP / MP . JA

HI ALL,
Why does Ja go on and on and on and on? She has a BG and will be getting her money back but appears to ignore the danger to others who do not have BGs gong for the money when it is not there! All of this whaffle about Euro MPs etc is a complete waste of time.....the problem has been caused by a bank removing a line of credit due to the credit crunch.

Tony are you really expecting us to believe that if you had a BG you would not use it .Get real Tony .Sour grapes showing your true colours now .People who have a BG can not be blamed for using them just as people who do not have one can not be blamed for the fact that they don't .You are being ridiculous now Tony .

If I had a BG I would not be running off stupid remarks on a forum nor would I be trying to get my money back. I would have the protection of the BG to enable me to wait stress free for the court to decide what to do. Then if it went ahead I could choose what to do. But i do not have a BG so the next best option is to go for the property....an asset in hand is worth more than years in the court.
